At My Life Skills OT, I offer support across a wide range of everyday activities, including:

  • Self‑care: dressing, mealtimes, toileting, personal care, daily routines

  • Domestic tasks: cooking, cleaning, organising, shopping

  • Social skills: building confidence, communication, and social connection

  • Emotional regulation: understanding feelings, coping strategies, calming tools

  • Sensory preferences: understanding sensory needs and supporting daily participation

  • Occupational roles:

    • School participation (school readiness, handwriting, fine motor skills, task organisation)

    • Work participation and workplace skills

    • Community involvement and leisure activities

Funding:

  • NDIS - self and plan managed (note: not a NDIS registered provider)

  • Privately funded

  • Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

  • GP Chronic Condition Management Plan
